The development is a
combination of 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. Each of the 18
apartments has at least one balcony and all rooms in each
apartment are finished and fitted to a very high standard.
These apartments consist
of single, double & twin bedrooms, some of which are en-suite.
All bedrooms are finished to an excellent standard. During the
summer period bed linen and towels are provided.
Each living area is
furnished with a leather suite, soft wood dining room table &
coffee table. The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances
and crockery is provided.

categorised into three types:

We can also arrange various
Tours during your stay in Galway.
Connemara & Kylemore Abbey,
The Aran Islands or The Cliffs of Moher, to name but a few.
We can also arrange a Tour to
the Film Locations of "The Field" and "The Quiet Man" followed
by Afternoon Tea at Ashford Castle.
Maybe you would prefer a
Scenic Flight over Connemara and The Aran Islands in a small
aeroplane, a helicopter ride over Galway City or travel in style
in one of our luxury limousines.

Terms & Conditions
of Rental
Acceptance & Confirmation of
your Booking is subject to the following conditions:
Reservations:
Persons will be asked to pay
50% rental cost in advance to secure their booking. Written
confirmation will be issued to you on receipt of payment.
Rates:
Our rates are based on a
seven-night stay. The price includes light and heat and one set
of linen and towels. Rates for shorter periods of stay are
negotiable.
Balance of Payment:
Full payment of rental cost
must be made to us, no later than seven days prior
to rental commencement date. Electricity is included in the
rate. Late payments may result in
the booking being cancelled without client notification.
Accommodation Capacity:
For insurance reasons the total
number of clients staying in each apartment must not exceed the
maximum capacity. As the capacity in each apartment may vary, it
is important that you check with One Click Ireland in advance,
to ensure that you do not exceed the limit.
Arrival & Departure Times:
Check in time will be from
4pm
to 7pm on day of
arrival, check out time is
10am.
These times must be strictly adhered to. In the event that you
are unable to arrive or depart at the specified time, advance
approval must be sought from the Manager. Late arrivals must be
notified to us in advance.
Security Deposit:
A minimum security deposit of
€250 per apartment is required on booking.
In the event of damage to the
property or its contents the security deposit will not be
refunded. This deposit will be refunded on departure once the
manager is satisfied that the terms & conditions have been
complied with. Final cleaning is included in the rental of the
apartment, but failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and
tidy condition, may also result in the loss of the security
deposit.
Insurance:
It is strongly recommended that
clients take out holiday insurance to cover the possibility of
cancellation charges. The apartments and their contents are
insured by One Click Ireland. However, you may wish to take out
insurance for your personnel belongings.
Cancellations:
In the event that you wish to
cancel your reservation, the following charges will apply:

Four weeks from arrival
date: you will forfeit 50% of the apartment rental cost.

Within four weeks of rental
commencement: you will forfeit 100% of the apartment rental
cost.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Bed Linen:
Rates include 1 set of towels
and linen. We recommend that you bring beach towels and any
extra towels you may need.
Behaviour:
One Click Ireland reserves the
right to terminate this contract if the behaviour or conduct of
the customer during a holiday is likely to endanger the safety
or well being of other customers.
Liability:
One Click Ireland shall not be
liable for any damages, loss or personal injury which may be
sustained by persons or property at any time during the reserved
stay.
Pets:
Pets shall not be permitted
within our apartments with the exception of Guide Dogs.
Right to Decline:
One Click Ireland reserves the
right to refuse, alter or cancel a booking, even after receipt
of payment. In addition, One Click Ireland is relieved of all
liability should reserved accommodation not be available due to
circumstances beyond our control. In such an instance,
alternative arrangements will be made in similar accommodation
or a full refund will be offered. However, no refund or
liability will apply to a situation where a client is requested
to vacate, or leaves of their own accord, prior to the
expiration of their booking.
Special Requests:
Requests for cots, highchairs
etc must be made to us in writing & whilst we will
endeavour if at all
possible to meet your requests, it cannot be guaranteed. There
is an additional charge of €20 for a cot or a high chair.
